We are looking for an experienced full-time Project Manager for the Technical Insulation department (m/f/d) with the option of developing into a Branch Manager.

What you can expect from us:

• You will be responsible for the complete coordination of construction projects—including scheduling, order processing, materials planning, invoicing, and cost control.
• Manage installation personnel on site, ensure smooth deployment planning, and maintain a daily overview of all processes on the construction site.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, guarantee order on the construction site, and coordinate vacation and absence times.
• In collaboration with the project manager, train, supervise, and develop the technical staff.
• Ensure quality and productivity on the construction site and maintain clear, solution-oriented communication with customers, project managers, and other involved parties.

What you bring with you:

• Several years of experience in successfully completing technical projects, ideally focusing on industrial or building services insulation.
• Qualification as an engineer, technician, or foreman in supply or building services engineering.
• Excellent negotiating skills, strong communication skills, and a confident and assertive manner—even in challenging project situations.
• Initial management experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams in a target-oriented manner.
• A professional, responsible demeanor, entrepreneurial thinking, and a high level of quality awareness.
