Project Manager Global Quality (f/m/d)

Your key responsibilities

The aim of the corporate position is to manage quality projects (long-term projects such as Veeva implementation or LIMS, as well as smaller projects in parallel) and to ensure that the Quality Management System at Aenova meets regulatory requirements, customer demands, and company standards.

In particular, the incumbent is responsible for:

• Planning and initiation of business cases, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. This includes gathering requirements, assessing feasibility, and developing a project plan aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitoring timelines and budgets.
• Managing stakeholders and steering committees.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with authority regulations such as FDA or EMA.
• Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring projects stay on track despite challenges.
• Escalating risks or issues to upper management in a timely manner.

Your profile

• Degree in natural sciences (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biology, food technology) or comparable qualification.
• Project management experience in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with Jira or equivalent project management tools.
• GMP and CSV exposure is a plus.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Results-oriented with conflict-solving skills, able to work independently under pressure.
• Very good command of both German and English.
• Willingness to travel across Aenova sites.
