Position Details

We are currently seeking a Project Manager/ Headhunter/ Freelancer with Czech or Slovak language skills .

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with existing partners.
• Manage the full recruitment process: client acquisition, job postings, sourcing, interviews, and placement.
• Conduct market mapping and develop headhunting strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in agency recruitment or at least 3 years in internal recruitment and B2B client contact.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Benefit-oriented communication skills and relationship-building abilities with clients and candidates.
• Creative and unconventional approach to recruitment projects.
• Familiarity with Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
