HR/IT Project Manager - SAP HXM
Location: Remote (with travel as needed)
Type: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent

Overview:
An established consultancy is seeking an experienced HR/IT Project Manager to support clients in planning and delivering complex HR/IT transformation projects. You will bridge the gap between technical implementation and strategic HR management, providing both project leadership and content expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage HR/IT projects on the client side

Develop project plans, milestone schedules, and communication structures

Provide strategic and technical guidance throughout project lifecycle

Ensure project success through quality assurance and stakeholder alignment

Participate in steering committees and senior management meetings

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience managing HR/IT projects, ideally with SAP HXM

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Fluent in German; English proficiency desirable

Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Willingness to travel (approx. 75% desirable)
