Job Responsibilities

The Marketing & Content Localization Coordinator supports the EMEA Marketing team with planning, tracking, reporting, and training on tools, ensuring all stakeholders meet project timelines. They manage content creation and asset localization for key markets in EMEA and maintain an up-to-date EMEA marketing calendar. They act as a key communication link between regional and global divisions to align strategies and execution, working closely with the EMEA Marketing Director.

  • Project Management: Coordinate cross-department functions for planning, tracking, and reporting marketing activities, including sample planning, allocation, and distribution.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication between EMEA Marketing and global business units regarding go-to-market plans and execution.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor budgets across functions and collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure adherence and timely updates.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and coordinate social media calendars to promote regional ambassadors, projects, or events.
  • Timeline Management: Ensure execution plans and deliverables are met by all relevant stakeholders.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Internal Alignment: Coordinate with global marketing and product teams to develop and execute social media and community strategies, including content and campaign planning.
  • Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of social media performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Localization: Adapt global campaigns and digital assets for EMEA markets, especially German and French-speaking audiences, through localization of assets and language.

Pre-Requisites

  • BSc, BA, or equivalent in Marketing
  • 3-5+ years in a marketing role within the consumer electronics hardware, PC, or Console Gaming industry
  • Fluent in English; French or German skills are a bonus
  • Proven project management skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Gamer preferred
