Stellenbeschreibung:

Blue Projects is looking for a skilled Project Manager with utilities background for an Infrastructure and utilities project in Pratau.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in utility systems

• Good English and German speaking and writing skills

• Experience with multidisciplinary coordination

• Solid understanding of sanitary and HVAC systems

• Solid knowledge of the German and European norms and regulations

• Able to propose new and innovative solutions

• Able to conduct meetings with clients and respond to client’s demands in due time and with comprehensive solutions

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and applicable programs

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of all utility systems

• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures

• The position requires strong and aligned technical skills and competencies, including the ability to translate technical principles into practice. Relevant areas of engineering include but are not limited to:

- Cooling systems

- Steam generation and heating

- Hydraulics and pre-treatment of water systems

- compressed air

- CO2 collection, purification, liquefaction, storage and distribution

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the construction team regarding utility systems

• Review the project specifications to define requirements.

• Create, verify and validate all Material Approval Forms

• Coordinate with the rest of the team

• Prepare reports, etc.
