Job Title: Project Manager (MS 365 Suite)

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager in the area of MS 365 Suite. Your main task is to support the team in the project management of 2 parallel projects (Standardization of email signatures and MS Teams Premium implementation).


Tasks:
• Project Management of MS 365 Suite projects
• Drive standardization of email signature systems, Ensure compliancy
• Lead rollout of MS Teams Premium
• Gathering of business requirements and communication with business and IT
• Scoping and project plan, milestones
• Stakeholder Management
• Risk Management, Escalation Management
• Resource Management
• Manage change management processes, including user training
• Best practice advise
• Status updates


Requirements:
• Strong project experience as IT Project Manager in MS projects
• Project experience in managing and leading MS 365 related projects
• Preferably: experience with MS Teams Premium and projects in standardization of email signatures
• Project experience in international projects for European businesses
• PMP certificate nice to have
• Experience with using ServiceNow
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills


Project Details:
• Start: August
• Duration: 6 months (+ option to extend)
• Workload: 5 days per week
• Location: 100% Remote, CET working hours
• Languages: Fluency in English
