The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in patient recruitment—whether from a sponsor, CRO, or vendor background. You will lead international projects from initiation to completion, ensuring excellent delivery, strong communication, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple patient recruitment projects end-to-end.
• Acting as the main client contact and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinating resources across internal teams and external partners.
• Preparing study pages, ethics submissions, and patient-facing materials.
• Tracking KPIs, budgets, and project financials.
• Delivering client training sessions and collecting actionable feedback.
• Contributing to process improvements and enhancing service delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in patient recruitment (sponsor, CRO, or vendor).
• Clinical operations experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and quick to adopt new tools.
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset.
• Background in consulting, digital marketing, or software development is a plus.

Education:

Degree in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medicine, nursing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
