What you can expect

• As a Project Manager, you are responsible for leading complex, strategically important projects across the entire DKV Group.
• You will lead cross-functional project teams and coach project managers within departments.
• You ensure the successful execution of projects according to project management standards and DKV methodology.
• Gathering and evaluating lessons learned from completed projects is also part of your responsibilities.

What makes you stand out

• You hold a degree in business or a related field, with relevant additional training and certifications.
• You have several years of experience managing complex projects within an international company.
• You are experienced in working independently, managing time, scope, and budget, and have experience in change management and stakeholder engagement. Experience with software development teams and agile methodologies is a plus.
• You can systematically capture business requirements and break them down into manageable activities. You understand value and cost drivers and can identify opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, and efficiency.
• You possess strong organizational skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels and maintain strong networks with stakeholders.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
