What you can expect

• Lead complex, strategically important projects across the DKV Group.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and coach project managers within departments.
• Ensure successful project execution following project management standards and DKV methodology.
• Gather and evaluate lessons learned from completed projects.

What makes you stand out

• Degree in business or related field with relevant certifications.
• Several years of experience managing complex projects in an international environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, scope, and budget, with experience in change management and stakeholder engagement. Experience with software development teams and agile methods is a plus.
• Strong skills in capturing business requirements, breaking them down into manageable activities, and understanding value and cost drivers to identify opportunities for profitability and efficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in German and English, with ability to build and maintain relationships.
