What we look for:

A top-performing individual with around 3-5 years of consulting experience (including team management), ideally in commercial due diligence projects or other strategy projects
An individual with strong entrepreneurial drive , showing genuine ambition to grow professionally and to contribute to the company's growth
A great team player with the maturity to participate in strategic and management decisions, and with a proven ability to develop others (mentor, manage, lead)
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German ; fluency in a third language is a plus
