Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Manage technology development and innovation projects with significant complexity, risk, reach and noticeable impact for Infineon
• Lead the project team with members in various functions in a multi-site environment
• Understand application requirements and frame the technology roadmap for integrated magnetic field sensors in cooperation with experts and stakeholders and customers.
• Setup new projects to improve performance and stay ahead of competition for the next generation of silicon sensors
• Optimize the integrated wafer process towards low cost and high yield in cooperation with the manufacturing departments
• Establish a communication framework and ensure that all relevant information is provided in time to all levels of the project organization
  

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in physics, electric engineering, material science or related
• A proven track record in managing technology projects, ideally IPMA-certified experience in leading technical teams
• A strong background in silicon technologies for integrated sensors and applications
• Experience with relevant project management software tools
• Very good conversation and presentation skills in german and english
