About the Role:
Location: Remote
Languages: Mandarin and English


Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, define project scope, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assess and manage project risks, and develop contingency strategies.
• Continuously improve project management processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of project management experience; prior experience in blockchain finance or Web3 projects is preferred.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments, with strong resilience, and willing to work across time zones and travel internationally.
• Strong English/Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
