Project Manager Windfarm (m/fd) Concrete Tower

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

YOUR TASKS

• Full responsibility for the project during the Execution and Execution Readiness phases until final acceptance and handover to Service

• Lead, coordinate and manage the project team to ensure safe and successful wind farm installation (cost, quality, time, KPIs)

• Act as the internal project representative, ensuring alignment across departments (e.g. Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations) and supporting service functions

• Manage all financial aspects of the project, including risk analysis, mitigation strategies, customer and contract management (claims, change orders, invoicing, cash collection)

• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and technical requirements on site, taking responsibility for the safety of the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders

• Handle institutional relationships and contractual matters with clients and suppliers, including claims and disputes

• Set up and maintain project management tools (e.g. schedule, risk matrix, forecast, org chart, Upvise), and monitor / report project performance indicators as defined by the PM department

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar

• 3–5+ years of experience in a similar project management role

• Proven experience in conflict resolution and working in international environments

• Solid background in project management, ideally within the wind energy sector or a comparable international industry

• Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus

• Willingness to travel

• Fluent in English and German (must-have)
