Project Manager/Consultant(m/f/d)

Your Job

We are looking for opportunity recognizers, milestone overcomers, sleeve rollers, and over-the-top thinkers. You are part of the production team and work closely with our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities include designing, organizing and implementing digital content as well as conducting workshops to advise customers on how to best use our solution.
• You support our customers and give strategic advice on the use of digital content.
• You are responsible for reviewing and analyzing monthly results.
• You create project plans and monitor their execution.
• You interface between clients and your project team.
• You plan and manage resources in collaboration with our Production Team Lead and keep an eye on quality and costs.
• You coordinate and support the collaboration within the project team, consisting of video editors, 3D artists and VR developers.
• You communicate with internal and external service providers.
• You ensure the quality and timings of the productions.
• You support the sales department in consulting and further development of customers.

What you’ve got

You have an interest in the technical field, a desire to understand people and their professional challenges, and find creative, pragmatic solutions to the little things in life.

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a Project Manager/Consultant in a digital agency or service provider environment.
• You have completed a technical education and understand commercial contexts, e.g. through studies in the field of economics.
• You already have knowledge of common project planning techniques, methods and tools.
• You have great passion for the things you do - digital is your world.
• You already have routine in the use of the common MS-Office programs and are not afraid of new opportunities.
• Excellent communication is a matter of course for you - both internally and externally.
• You can prioritize and leverage the strengths of your team.
• You have a strong sense of quality.
• You are interested in people and their backgrounds and like to travel (mainly in German-speaking countries).
• Excellent German and (very) good English skills.
