Customer Development Representative – Remote First

For our Customer Success Team we now welcome an ambitious Customer Development Representative . We work remote‑first across Europe, so you can work from the location where you feel most comfortable. Ideally you are based in Germany, Italy, Switzerland or Portugal.

Responsibilities

  • Part of a passionated Customer Success Management Team that maintains and grows our customer portfolio.
  • Actively research and identify upselling, cross‑selling and expansion opportunities within our existing customer portfolio.
  • Initiate contact to new stakeholders through targeted outreach and convincingly explain the value of our solutions.
  • In consultative conversations assess the needs and challenges of stakeholders and continuously improve our outreach tools (e.g. playbooks and best practices).
  • Build strong, trustful relationships with key stakeholders and become a reliable point of contact for growth opportunities.
  • Together with the KAM and CSM team develop growth strategies and share valuable insights from your research.
  • Support the creation of targeted proposals to deliver real value to customers.

What You Bring

  • First experience as Customer Development Representative, Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills – quickly build trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on mentality and autonomous working style.
  • Hunter mindset – you know how to win new stakeholders for yourself.
  • Outstanding organizational talent and always keep an overview of your projects.
  • Fluent in German (native level) and English.
