Ausgangssituation Und Aufgabenstellung
Die Leybold GmbH, ein Unternehmen der Atlas Copco Group, produziert in Köln Vakuumpumpen für hoch-technologische Anwendungen. Zur Sicherung und des Ausbaus der marktführenden Position werden bestehende Fertigungs- und Montageprozesse kontinuierlich hinsichtlich möglicher Optimierungen analysiert. Dies umfasst den Einsatz modernster Technologien.
In einem Fügeprozess innerhalb der Montagelinie eines Produktes soll ein kollaborativer Roboter integriert werden, um die Produktivität zu erhöhen. Das Robotersystem und die Fertigungshilfsmittel sind bereits vorhanden, eine erste Version des Roboterprogramms für Testläufe wurde erstellt.
Daran anknüpfend sollen im Rahmen dieser Projektarbeit die serientaugliche Programmierung des Roboters erstellt, notwendige Sicherheitskonzepte ausgearbeitet und umgesetzt, sowie die Presse in die Steuerung und Programm des Roboters integriert werden. Abschließend soll die Funktion des Gesamtsystems validiert und die Prozessfähigkeit nachgewiesen werden.
Kurzbeschreibung Der Aufgabenstellung


• Einarbeitung in die Programmierung des kollaborativen Roboters
• Programmierung des kollaborativen Roboters für den automatisierten Fügeprozess
• Ermittlung und Umsetzung der notwendigen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen für die Inbetriebnahme in der Montagelinie
• Integration der Presse in die Steuerung und das Programm des kollaborativen Roboters (Schnittstelle, Kommunikation)
• Validierung und Prozessfähigkeitsnachweis des Gesamtsystems
  
Dein Profil

• Student:in in einem technischen Studiengang, wie z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Feritgungs/Produktionstechnik, Mechatronik oder verlgeichbar
• Selbstständige und motivierte Arbeitsweise unter Einhaltung des Zeitplans
• Hands-On Mentalität und Interesse an einem praxisrelevanten Thema in der Industrie
• Verfügbarkeit für 3 - 5 Monaten im Rahmen einer Projektarbeit an einer Universität, Technischen Hochschule oder Fachhochschule
• Das Angebot richtet sich an Einzelpersonen oder an Gruppen von 2 - 3 Personen
  
Im Rahmen dieser Projektarbeit bieten wir Dir spannende Einblicke in die Engineering-Prozesse der Vakuumbranche in einem international agierenden Maschinenbaukonzern. Anschließend könnte unter bestimmten Rahmenbedingungen die Möglichkeit bestehen, eine Abschlussarbeit zu erstellen.
