IHRE AUFGABEN

• Sie entwickeln bestehende Methoden und Werkzeuge des Qualitätsmanagements weiter und sorgen für deren effiziente Anwendung im Bereich des Marine-Schiffbaus.
• Sie definieren neue, projektspezifisch erforderliche QM-Methoden und -Werkzeuge auf Grundlage verbindlicher Regelwerke, kundenspezifischer Anforderungen sowie aktueller Qualitätslagen.
• Sie fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für die Fachbereiche bei der Einführung und Schulung der entwickelten Methoden und Werkzeuge.
• Sie verantworten eigenständig Verbesserungsprojekte von der Initiierung über die Planung und Durchführung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
• Zur nachhaltigen Optimierung bestehender Prozesse leiten Sie Qualitätszirkel wie etwa Six Sigma-Projekte, QVP und KAIZEN oder bringen sich aktiv als Teammitglied ein.
• Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil Ihrer Tätigkeit ist die Auditierung von Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung der geforderten Qualitätsstandards in der Lieferkette.

IHR PROFIL

• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektronikerin für Automatisierungstechnik oder Mechatronikerin (m/w/d), sind staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik oder verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Systems Engineering oder Technische Informatik.
• Sie verfügen über praktische Erfahrung in Automatisierungsprojekten mit Siemens PCS-7.
• Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, sich rasch in komplexe technische Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten und diese ganzheitlich zu erfassen.
• Sie bringen ein sicheres, adressatengerechtes Kommunikationsverhalten mit und agieren souverän im Austausch mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Projektpartnern.
