Your Tasks

We are seeking a committed and self-responsible professional (m/f/d) for our building technology team at the Frankfurt-Rödelheim location.

We are a multidisciplinary team in the FESH sector (Facility Management, Environment, Safety, and Health) and look forward to welcoming a new team member who will enrich our team and handle medium to large projects in building technology.

Our building technology department includes systems from heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation (HKLS), fire protection systems, building technology, and other technical systems.

Your responsibilities include:

• Executing and monitoring building technology projects in collaboration with engineering firms: project and construction management of HKLS projects (replacement of systems such as chimneys, ventilation systems, air conditioning, etc.)
• Administrative support of projects (creation of electronic capital requests (eCR), tenders, etc.)
• Commercial processing of projects (ordering, invoice verification, etc.)
• Maintaining responsible systems in the CAFM tool (Computer-Aided Facility Management)
• Creating evaluations and statistics
• Managing service providers (tendering, support, commissioning, etc.)
• Developing asset strategies for various system groups concerning cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness (e.g., demonstrating payback periods for eco-friendly systems compared to older systems)
• Emergency management in extraordinary situations to maintain operational capability of key site functions
• Stakeholder management, especially coordinating with internal and external contacts and relevant project participants

Your Profile

• Successfully completed training (technician or master in HKLS) or a bachelor's degree in engineering sciences (preferably in supply technology, building technology, energy, and environmental technology)
• Several years of professional experience is desirable (preferably in the HKLS sector)
• Project management skills (resource planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, coordination of involved service providers)
• Meticulous work approach (site inspections, acceptance, documentation)
• Assertiveness, decisiveness
• Basic understanding of commercial processes (contract management, invoices, offers, etc.)
• Economic thinking (selecting options/offers based on cost-effectiveness)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent German and basic English skills
• High willingness to learn
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
