Position: Projektreferent (m/w/d), full- or part-time (Ref.No. R ) at our Ditzingen site

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support our sales team and project managers during contract negotiations and agreement of contractual terms.
2. Analyze contracts and documents to identify risks related to performance boundaries and other requirements.
3. Develop measures and strategies to mitigate risks and advocate for our interests.
4. Create and monitor contract adjustments and claims, coordinating the entire process.
5. Regularly review compliance with contractual obligations and coordinate with the team.
6. Document and report on contract fulfillment, compliance, and changes for clients and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Law, (Technical) Business Administration, or similar, with a focus on project management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Alternatively, completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant experience.
• Several years of experience in contract or project management, preferably in the railway industry.
• Proficient in project management tools, templates, methods, and processes.
• Ability to keep all project stakeholders informed, drive initiatives, and assert yourself when needed.
• Fluent German language skills.
