 What Does This Look Like 
  - Support the Customer Experience & Real Estate team in operational and communication matters 
  - Manage customer support requests 
  - Maintain customer financial and payment information and provide actionable insights to the Customer Experience & Real Estate team 
  - Support in the administration of supplier contracts and payments, including collaboration with the accounting department and process optimization 
  - Preparatory accounting and collaboration with the Accounting and Finance department, including preparation work for Service Charge Reconciliation, verifying payments and late payments, intercompany reinvoicing, new vendor instruction, processing and reviewing Direct Billable invoices 
  - OPEX and Budget administration, preparation of overviews and comparisons 
  - Administration of data and data verification in various tools 
  - Verification of data at the request of the company 
  - Coordination of activities in connection with moving in, moving out, viewings and supplier offers 
  - All other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor 
   
 What’s Needed To Do That 
  - 2+ years of experience in an administrative or related role and/or relevant training 
  - Training as a real estate agent or comparable training desirable 
  - Fluency in German and English 
  - Ability to carry out specific verbal and written instructions 
  - Urgency and assertiveness in completing tasks 
  - Ability to collaborate with operations, accounting and other team members in the execution of various projects and tasks 
  - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; proven ability to communicate via email with customers, suppliers and internal teams 
  - Ability to use computer software and web-based applications 
  - Proven ability to handle multiple projects and tasks daily with efficiency and accuracy 
  - Ability to organize and prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines 
  - Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  - Positive, proactive work ethic and attitude 
  - Tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgment in dealing with sensitive matters
