We’re Hiring : Pharmacovigilance (PV) Manager | Full-Time | On-Site in Munich

Are you ready to take the next step in your Pharmacovigilance career? We’re looking for a motivated PV Manager to join our team in Munich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance who’s eager to grow into a leadership role and make a direct impact on patient safety and compliance.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacovigilance activities to ensure compliance with EU and global regulations.
• Manage and review safety data, including case processing and signal detection.
• Support PSURs, RMPs, and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, QA).
• Contribute to process improvement and inspection readiness.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years’ experience in Pharmacovigilance (industry or CRO setting).
• Solid understanding of GVP guidelines and safety database systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English (German a plus).
• Motivation to grow into a management-level role.
