Hey! We're Fiducia.GG and we're looking for a backend developer to help us build out a CRM system.




What we're working on

Fiducia has an inbound chat system with basic CRM-like features - user tagging, filtering, automatic member classification, that sort of thing. The chat system works great, but we want to create a central hub where users can manage all their customer data properly.




Instead of building something completely new from scratch, we want to take the data from our existing chat system and basically create a different view of it - same data, better way to work with it.




What needs doing: Write some database migrations to restructure the data, then build better ways to query and filter everything.




The project

Database:

• Migrations to restructure existing data
• Set up the new CRM data population from what we already have
• Update our existing API routes so the chat system connects with CRM tags



API development:

• Multi-select tag filtering
• Filter by community membership type
• Better sorting and search
• Add non-community members to the system
• Create chats directly from CRM entries



Plus: Some stats endpoints for the frontend




Our setup

• Tech stack: FastAPI, Redis, ARQ for background tasks, plus the usual Python stuff.
• Timeline: 2-4 weeks
• Budget: up to $4000
• Payment: Milestone-based



What we need

Someone with solid backend experience (4+ years), who's comfortable with database migrations and API development. If you've done data transformation projects before, even better.
