Python Developer

Location: Berlin | Hybrid | 1 day per week onsite
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

As the company continues to scale across Europe, they’re looking for an experienced Python Engineer to join their engineering team and drive the development of robust, production-grade systems at enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Python services deployed in production environments.
• Take ownership of the full software lifecycle, from development through to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and maintainability through clean architecture and best coding practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, implementing preventative improvements where needed.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong, proven experience delivering production workloads in Python, ideally at enterprise scale with complexity.
• Solid understanding of databases and experience writing optimised queries.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and contributing to the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on building scalable, clean architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Nice to have: exposure to AI/LLM technologies and/or additional experience with Java.
