Python Engineer / Python Developer

This is a career-defining opportunity for Senior/Principal level coders, but we do need real depth in AI and LLMs.

This is complex backend engineering at scale, powering cutting-edge AI Agents for one of the most ambitious platforms in Europe.


🌍 Location: Remote within EU timezones

💰 Money: €110K - €155K (plus equity, bonus etc.)

🛠️ Stack: Python, AWS, LLMs, LangChain, Kubernetes, Docker, Postgres, distributed systems

What You’ll Bring
• Solid backend coding experience - confident building scalable APIs, distributed services, and secure systems


• Python is your primary language and you're great with it in production


• You’ve shipped AI-powered features, ideally with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar


• AWS-native mindset with solid infrastructure and DevOps fundamentals (Docker/K8s/CI/CD etc.)


• You thrive in early-stage teams where every line you ship matters
