We’re building an AI compliance training bot for small teams — delivered directly in Slack as microlearning conversations. The goal: help companies comply with the EU AI Act without boring 8-hour trainings or another LMS login.




The MVP is 70% complete and built using:

• 🔸Python 3.11
• 🔸Flask 2.3+
• 🔸Slack SDK 3.21+ (interactive components, slash commands)
• 🔸Supabase (PostgreSQL-as-a-Service)
• 🔸ReportLab (PDF certificate generation)
• 🔸Replit (staging environment)



We’re now looking for a mid-level Python/Flask developer to:

• 🔸Clean up and modularize the existing codebase
• 🔸Finalize key features (e.g. PDF cert generation, admin overview)
• 🔸Improve Slack interactions (message blocks, error handling, reminders)
• 🔸Implement multi-language support scaffolding
• 🔸Ensure smooth Supabase integration (queries



✅Ideal Candidate:

• 🔸3–5 years of Python/Flask development experience
• 🔸Slack bot portfolio (please link GitHub or project example)
• 🔸Comfortable with PostgreSQL + raw SQL or Supabase client
• 🔸Familiar with PDF generation tools (e.g. ReportLab or alternatives)
• 🔸Clean coder with Git discipline
• 🔸Strong async communication (English)
• 🔸Bonus: EdTech, compliance, or productivity tool experience
