We’re looking for a motivated QA Engineer (m/f/d) to join and support the quality assurance processes at one of our Ecosystem Companies. As a QA Engineer , you’ll ensure product reliability through end-to-end testing, detailed documentation, and proactive quality advocacy across teams. The A11 Ecosystem is a next-generation supply chain platform redefining how one of the world’s largest industries sources, distributes, and finances materials, harnessing AI and workflow automation to provide seamless, high-efficiency access to premium materials at scale. The platform is rapidly growing with a team of 80+ FTEs across Europe (Berlin HQ), China, and India.

In this role, you’ll work to maintain product quality and reliability within a fast-paced environment based in Berlin.

In This Role, You’ll

• Perform end-to-end manual testing of features, workflows, and integrations across the platform
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and checklists to ensure product quality
• Document, track, and clearly communicate bugs or inconsistencies to engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and product teams to validate requirements and ensure test coverage
• Maintain clear and structured test documentation, making it easy for others to reproduce and understand issues
• Support release cycles by ensuring regression testing and functional testing are executed with high attention to detail
• Act as a quality advocate, proactively identifying gaps, edge cases, and opportunities to improve overall product reliability

Your Profile

• 2 - 4 years of experience in a QA/Testing role with a strong focus on manual testing (not automation)
• Highly detail-oriented with a knack for spotting edge cases, inconsistencies, and subtle issues
• Skilled at writing clear, structured documentation that enables quick understanding across teams
• Familiar with issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, GitHub Issues) and test case management tools
• Strong communicator who can work effectively with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, curious, and eager to champion product quality across all stages of development
• Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies is a plus
