    Your mission

    We are looking for a Quality Assurance & Delivery Agent (80% - 100%, Monday - Friday) to join our Berlin based team from November. The position includes, amongst other things:

    • Checking metadata, audio quality, and artwork quality of music releases in the iMusician Admin platform knowing and meeting different platforms style guides standards
    • Checking additional products such as release features or Content ID and performing the administrative tasks that come with them
    • Taking charge of a specialization within the team (e.g. Urgent cases, Helpdesk duties, supporting Team Lead, Internal Knowledge Management, Features)
    • Being responsible for individual performance goals and reporting + specialization
    • Acquiring advanced competency in shop guidelines and internal processes
    • Assisting both, Team Lead and wider iMusician teams, in identifying issues, providing solutions where possible and improving Quality Assurance & Delivery related processes.
    • Supporting Team Lead in execution of Quality Assurance & Delivery improvement initiatives.

    Your profile

    Based in Berlin with the ability to work on-site and hybrid as required.
    Experience in the music industry (digital distribution, label operations, or DSP standards)
    Technical and Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with digital platforms and tools; able to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions efficiently.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards under time pressure
    Organized and proactive, with strong time-management and prioritization skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating with internal teams, artists, and labels, and providing clear feedback or instructions.
    Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage
    Eagerness to learn and continuously improve technical and product knowledge
