Quality Assurance Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Mission

Develop and execute test campaigns for new features implemented in the 5G/4G product (Software & Hardware)
Test, validate and document results to be presented to internal and external stakeholders
Close interaction with RD engineers in tackling & eliminating bugs
Close interaction with customers during remotely supported type acceptance phase
Acting as L3 support for specific customer problems - interaction with internal support engineers

Nuremberg (Germany), fulltime

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To join our team, YOU must HAVE:

• Completed degree in computer science or similar
• Several years of professional work experience
• Knowledge in automated UI (Web) testing
• Python & Selenium skills
• Linux OS knowledge
• Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL)
• End to End testing experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Very good English language skills used in an everyday multi-cultural environment, German is desirable

YOU should HAVE:

• Scripting knowledge (PHP, Perl, Bash)
• Mobile communications protocol knowledge
• Good understanding of the software build and distribution process and its tools (git, Jenkins, Ansible)

• Having a well-structured working approach and strong communication skills, including working in virtualized team environment
• A practical and results-oriented person
• Having strong analytical skills & a problem solving attitude
• Able to communicate QA results to customers
