As Team Lead Project Quality Manager, you will guide a team of Quality Engineers, oversee compliance across critical projects, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10–15 Quality Engineers
• Oversee QA/QC activities across multiple projects
• Ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement through audits, corrective actions, and KPIs
• Contribute to the introduction of new Integrated Quality Management System processes

💡 What You Bring

• Proven experience in quality management within engineering or highly regulated industries (nuclear, aerospace, rail, or energy a plus)
• Strong leadership background in managing quality programmes
• Knowledge of Quality & Inspection Plans, certification, and compliance standards
• Technical background (mechanical, electrical, systems, or instrumentation)
• Languages: Fluent in German & English (essential); Dutch is an advantage
• Due to the nature of this job please only apply if you have lived in Germany for 7 years+
