Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring product quality
• Evaluating and processing customer complaints both at our production site and at our customers' premises
• Carrying out regular process capability studies and internal product audits, including test planning
• Responsible preparation and support of customer audits at our production plant
• Material testing on plastic products
• Preparing evaluations and quality reports
• Maintaining and further developing the existing QM system in accordance with IATF 16949 and participating in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Monitoring and optimization of quality-related processes, including proper documentation
• Coordination of customer requirements within the scope of feasibility studies and compliance with agreed deadlines for production process/product approvals and requalifications
• Training of employees in quality-related topics
• Recording and management of relevant QM KPIs
• Administration of the area of responsibility
• Performing measurements and tests using 3D measurement technology to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality requirements
• Acting as test equipment representative, including organizing, managing, and monitoring the test equipment used, as well as conducting relevant training courses

Your Qualifications

• Training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, relevant technical training or a technically oriented bachelor’s degree (all m/f/d)
• Ideally, several years of relevant professional experience in quality and complaint management
• Good user knowledge of common error analysis tools (e.g., Ishikawa, 5W)
• Confident use of PCs and MS Office; SAP knowledge advantageous
• Good written and spoken English and German
• Reliability and a high sense of responsibility
