Job Title: Quality Engineer (w/m/d)
Location: Loznica or Šabac, Serbia


Position Description:

Are you a Quality Engineering professional currently based in Germany or another EU country with roots in Serbia—or simply ready for an exciting career move? We are looking for Quality Engineers to join our manufacturing sites in Loznica or Šabac, Serbia.


Your role:

• Customer Excellence: Apply your persistence, eagerness to learn, and continuous improvement mindset to manage and excel in our customer complaint management process.


• Quality Mastery: Use your risk-based thinking and problem-solving skills to raise our internal quality standards, ensuring we not only meet but exceed expectations.


• Collaborative Success: Your ability to work effectively in teams, coupled with your technical expertise, will be key to achieving our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


• Leadership and Motivation: Inspire colleagues to improve their daily performance and commitment to excellence through your strong soft skills.


Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:

• Mastery in automotive quality fundamentals including Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan, Work and Inspection Instructions, MSA, CPK Studies, SPC, Pareto and Trend Diagrams, and the 8D Problem Solving Method.


• Familiarity with VDA volumes (6.3, 6.5, 2, 16, and Field Failure Analyses) and IATF 16949 standards.


• In-depth understanding of Formel Q, signifying your leadership in quality excellence.


• Proficiency in AIAG standards (APQP, PPAP, PLA)


• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis and quality reporting.


• Proficiency in English; Serbian language skills are an advantage.
