Overview

PE Global are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager for a contractor developing hyperscale data centres in Frankfurt, Germany.

Description: The client specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, including design, construction across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning. We are constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.

Responsibilities

Ensure all works are carried out and managed in accordance with the Integrated Management System for Quality, Safety & Environmental requirements.
Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify the implementation of quality control.
Ensure the company’s quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site.
Generate project-specific quality plans as per requirements.
Ensure subcontractors’ quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable, and in accordance with company policies.
Liaise with the client’s quality assurance and control representative to ensure all potential quality issues are resolved.
Provide necessary guidance and input to on-site staff for improvement to attain project feasibility.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a construction environment, with experience in Commercial, Industrial, pharma, and data centre projects.
BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
Experience utilizing Autodesk BIM360 Field software.
Experience in personnel management, staffing and scheduling.
Process-driven with a focus on Quality Work Management Systems and Processes.
