For our Darmstadt office we are looking for a future colleague to strengthen our Quality Assurance activities. We are an international company representing world‑class expertise, delivering complex and high‑tech projects, products and services. Terma is company‑wide AS9100 certified.

Responsibilities

Prepare the software product assurance plan in cooperation with the project manager, contribute to the project in regard to quality assurance aspects and follow the defined quality assurance plan.
Project and process auditing – monitor and report on KPIs and quality issues of the projects.
Take an active part in project initiation, reviews, and corrective actions.
Monitor that specific customer requirements regarding quality are met.
Review documentation (procedures, working practices, project documentation) and provide feedback to help ensure consistency with the documentation library and conventions.
Take the initiative for process improvements.
Monitor and contribute to the effective implementation of the quality management system.
Contribute to root‑cause analysis activities.
Contribute to the risk‑management activities (organize and advise risk reviews, follow up mitigation actions).
Support the internal audit plan and customer audits.

Required Experience

Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 27001, ECSS standards would be considered an asset.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps would be considered an asset.
