Quality Manager

Overview

Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. We specialise in providing turnkey data centre solutions, from design through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning. We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight. We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all works are carried out and managed in accordance with the Winthrop Integrated Management System for Quality, Safety & Environmental requirements
• Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify the implementation of quality control
• Ensure that the company\'s quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site
• Generate project-specific quality plans as per requirements
• Ensure subcontractors\' quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable and in accordance with our company policies
• Liaise with the client\'s quality assurance and control representative to ensure all potential quality issues are fully resolved
• Provide guidance and input to on-site staff for improvements to attain project feasibility

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ Years\' experience in a similar role within a construction environment with experience in Commercial, Industrial, pharma, data centre type projects.
• BS in Construction Management or Engineering
• Experience utilizing Autodesk BIM360 Field software
• Experience in personnel management, staffing and scheduling
• Process driven and focuses on Quality Work Management Systems and Processes
