• Direct contact for quality issues at our production site or at the customer's site
• Monitoring the quality of our produced parts and ensuring a high-quality standard
• Communication with suppliers or customers when defective parts or disruptions in the production process occur
• Analysis of possible causes of deviations in our produced parts and support of production in the continuous improvement of processes
• Coordination and implementation of quality assurance measures and rework
• Sending complaints to suppliers and creating drafts for chargebacks
• Solution-oriented working method and logical thinking skills (ideally experience with problem-solving methods)
• Strong teamwork skills and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts (including night shifts)
• Technical vocational training an advantage, experience in quality assurance desirable
• Very good knowledge of English, basic knowledge of German
