Position Overview

To lead our POLO RALPH LAUREN Store in Zweibrücken, we are seeking a dedicated Store Manager (m/f/d) Full-time. As the Manager (m/f/d) of our team, who works with passion, ambition, and expertise to create an outstanding customer experience, you will be responsible for coaching and motivating the team to ensure an excellent Ralph Lauren Customer Experience, as well as driving sales and thus the store's profitability. Your tasks will include ensuring relevant product availability (product and quantity) for customers in close cooperation with the Buying Department. You will manage, optimize, and control initiatives to increase sales and efficiency across various sales areas. Furthermore, the development of managers and sales consultants, as well as new hires, is a key focus for you.

• Lead and coach the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales profitability.
• Ensure product availability and assortments in collaboration with the Buying Department.
• Develop managers and sales consultants, including new hires.
• Drive initiatives to increase sales and efficiency across sales areas.

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in textile retail, ideally in the premium segment
• A communicative personality who motivates and develops your team with a positive attitude and commitment

• Solid experience in managing KPIs
