Role Overview

Position: Real Estate Analyst – Contract, Remote
Commitment: 10-20 hours per week, Duration: 2-4 weeks minimum
Enhance AI model capabilities in real estate. Craft questions and evaluate model responses.

Responsibilities

• Craft questions and evaluate AI model responses in real estate.
• Assess complex real estate transactions and strategies.
• Develop financial models and interpret market dynamics.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve model outputs.
• Work independently with flexible hours to meet project goals.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an analyst in the real estate industry.
• Strong analytical skills in property deal evaluation and financial modeling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail in assessing complex transactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier real estate firm or investment group.
