Overview
We are building a tokenized real estate investment platform where each SPV share is represented as a compliant security token (ERC-3643, optionally ERC-1400).


Scope
The scope includes:
• Smart contract development (whitelisting, transfer restrictions, snapshots)
• Backend & frontend integration (KYC/AML pipeline, investor onboarding, subscription, payouts, secondary trading)
• Document storage with IPFS/Arweave


Requirements
The developer must ensure:
• Full compliance
• Security
• Auditability (on-chain identity, multisig controls, role-based permissions, upgradeability)
and deliver an MVP in ~12–16 weeks.
