Position located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our internationally oriented, highly dynamic law firm. You will handle corporate, M&A, and dispute resolution matters for clients in Germany and abroad, delivering innovative, high‑impact legal solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients across all areas of corporate law and M&A.
• Represent clients in dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration.
• Develop and execute transaction strategies, including due‑diligence, drafting, and negotiation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support senior partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic record – two law degrees, with additional qualifications such as LL.M. or Ph.D. preferred.
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise im Ausland erworben.
• High level of initiative, engagement, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Relevant professional experience in corporate/M&A and dispute resolution.
