Job Overview:

I’m looking for a recruiter who can help me find reliable freelancers for small creative projects (video editing, ad copywriting/SEO).


The Goal:

build a shortlist of potential freelancers who can deliver quality work within deadlines, at fair prices, and with proven portfolios.


Your First Task:

Find up to 3 candidates for each specialization (video for ads, SEO/copywriting, video for portfolio/gig presentation).

Deliver a structured shortlist with key info:
• Name/nick
• Profile/portfolio link
• Specialization
• Rate & delivery time
• Verified reviews
• Plus your recommendation


What I Value:


• Not overpriced agencies, but independent freelancers with solid portfolios.
• Clear communication and meeting deadlines.
• Your ability to justify why the candidate is a good fit.


Conditions:


• Initial research assignment is paid at a fixed rate.
• Additional success-based bonuses available if the candidates perform well.

Deadline for shortlist delivery: 5 calendar days.


Long-Term Potential:

If the collaboration goes well, I will consider working with you long-term on future recruitments.
