Stellenbeschreibung:

We are a recruiting agency helping German companies hire motivated and skilled employees.

Right now, we are looking for a freelancer who can source and pre-qualify candidates for job openings in Germany (mainly in construction, technical drafting, and social care).


Your task:
• 🔹Find suitable candidates (from Germany only).
• 🔹Share the job opportunity with them.
• 🔹Motivate them to attend the job interview with our client.


What we pay:
• 🔹We will pay 150 EUR for each candidate who shows up for the interview with the employer.


Requirements:
• 🔹Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• 🔹Ability to communicate with candidates and explain job opportunities.
• 🔹Knowledge of German or Russian is a plus, but not required.


This can be a long-term cooperation if the first candidates are successful.
