My client, a leading private equity recruitment firm, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Associate to join their growing Germany team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or advance your career in executive search within the dynamic world of private equity

Tasks

As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll play a vital role in building strong relationships with clients and candidates, forming the foundation of the business. You will:

• Work closely with consultants to source and screen candidates using networks and a proprietary database.
• Manage candidate interview programmes to match client specifications.
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Gain exposure to the private equity and venture capital markets, working with exceptional professionals across Europe and beyond.

Requirements

A driven and proactive individual who can demonstrate:

• Strong listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
• Confidence in articulating ideas and following them through.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Problem-solving mindset with initiative and ownership of workload.
• A collaborative attitude with the desire to build lasting relationships.
• Fluency in German and English (verbal and written).A university degree.
