Recruitment Consultant (Focus on the Swiss Market - 100 Percent Remote)

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant focused on the Swiss market. Someone who enjoys engaging with people, works in a structured way, and manages their day independently.

• You have fun in sales and communication and enjoy active sourcing. You’re not shy to pick up the phone and make cold calls when needed.
• Managing the full candidate journey from first contact to signed offer
• Leading interviews with candidates for positions in the Swiss market in a professional, open, and respectful manner
• Collaborating closely with our management team to match the right people to the right projects
• You bring experience in external recruitment or sales.
• Leveraging our range of digital tools to optimize sourcing and recruitment processes while bringing in your ideas for ongoing improvement
