With our focus on sustainable energy projects, we are actively shaping the energy transition and are looking for an experienced recruiter to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities:

• Independently responsible for the full process of recruitment of positions in the photovoltaic industry (from job posting to contract signing).
• Proactively source candidates through German recruitment channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Analyze salary trends and talent distribution in the renewable energy field/photovoltaic field, and formulate salary strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Business, Psychology, HR, or related fields).
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the energy/solar PV industry.
• Fluent in German (C1+ level) or native German proficiency.
• Familiarity with German recruitment systems/tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Knowledge of the solar PV industry value chain (module manufacturing, project development, energy storage solutions, etc.) is a plus.
