Aufgaben

Als Generalist sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner des Business in allen geschäftsbezogenen, kommerziellen Rechtsangelegenheiten des Tagesgeschäfts des Geschäftsbereichs Mobilität Deutschland.
Zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich gehört die eigenverantwortliche Ausarbeitung und Prüfung von Verträgen in Rücksprache mit den Fachabteilungen und die Korrespondenz und Verhandlung mit externen und internen Partnern.
Sie arbeiten eng und vertrauensvoll mit der Konzernrechtsabteilung der TÜV Rheinland Gruppe zusammen und bringen relevante Rechtsgrundlagen in Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen.
Die fortlaufende Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung interner rechtlicher Prozesse sowie Richtlinien gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.

Profil

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften mit zweitem juristischen Staatsexamen wird vorausgesetzt.
Erste Berufserfahrungen in Wirtschaftsrecht, z. B. aus einer Kanzlei oder einem Unternehmen, ist von Vorteil.
Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein fundiertes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
Zur erfolgreichen Aufgabenbewältigung sind Lösungsorientierung, Pragmatismus und Entscheidungsfreude essenziell.
