    Now Hiring: International Sales Lead – Secure IT Product Evaluation & Certification Services


    Preferred location: France / Open to profiles across UK, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal or Italy

    Language: English mandatory – French is a plus

    Are you a commercially driven professional with a strong background in technical B2B sales and a good grasp of cybersecurity certifications or evaluation frameworks?

    A well-established European cybersecurity firm is expanding its product evaluation and certification offering, supporting manufacturers, vendors, and integrators in bringing secure, compliant IT products to market, and is hiring a Sales Hunter to lead that growth internationally.


    Your Mission

    • Identify and engage with new clients across the IT ecosystem (e.g. secure hardware vendors, network appliance providers, software publishers)
    • Promote high-value evaluation and certification services aligned with industry schemes (EUCC, CSPN, Common Criteria, ISO 15408, etc.)
    • Build and implement a global commercial strategy: prospecting, events, partnerships, competitor intelligence
    • Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach to closing
    • Work hand-in-hand with technical teams to ensure offers meet both commercial and compliance expectations
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with authorities, labs, and key cybersecurity stakeholders

    What We’re Looking For

    • Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field
    • 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally in cybersecurity, IT compliance, or product certification
    • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity schemes and certification processes (e.g. EUCC, CSPN, Common Criteria, ISO 15408)
    • Familiarity with the European regulatory landscape (e.g. Cybersecurity Act)
    • Excellent communicator, able to engage both technical and regulatory audiences
    • Fluent in English; French or another EU language is a plus
    • Autonomous, proactive, and focused on building long-term growth

    Travel Requirements

    This is a remote-friendly role, but occasional travel is expected, both for client meetings and periodic visits to the company’s headquarters in France.
