We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d) for a remote position based in Ingolstadt .

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling Hansefit & i-gb health offerings to companies
• Cold calling & nurturing warm leads
• Presenting offerings to decision-makers (BGM officers, HR managers, executives)
• Supporting decision-making process and closing contracts
• Onboarding new clients and introducing offerings to employees
• Representing the company at networking events and health days
• Building a network to support sales acquisition in the relevant area
• Optimizing sales processes through team experience exchange

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, especially new customer acquisition
• Customer- and solution-oriented approach
• Affinity for the fitness and health industry
• High level of commitment and goal orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and results-driven, eager to shape the future of corporate fitness and health sectors
