Regulatory Outsourcing Director

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to oversee regulatory compliance and governance for outsourcing activities across the organisation. This role involves shaping and maintaining effective outsourcing management frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, and mitigating operational and regulatory risks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enhance outsourcing management and control processes.
Maintain complete documentation of outsourcing arrangements and sub‑outsourcing.
Advise business units on regulatory and internal outsourcing requirements.
Coordinate and review outsourcing risk analyses and ensure appropriate risk mitigation.
Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring regulatory clauses are properly included.
Support optimisation of contract management and service provider oversight.
Prepare and maintain outsourcing risk reports and monitor concentration risks.
Assess the materiality and suitability of planned outsourcing activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in business administration, economics, law, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in outsourcing governance, regulatory compliance, or risk management.
Strong understanding of outsourcing regulations and contractual frameworks (SLAs, KPIs).
Experience in IT service management is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
