Role: Relationship Manager DACH (m/f/d)

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Relationship Manager to join our dynamic Berlin team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to advance their career in high-net-worth investment management. You will partner with sophisticated investors—ranging from private clients to family offices—helping them achieve their financial goals through tailored solutions and strategic guidance.

  • Manage, nurture, and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth investors, ensuring consistent AUM growth and retention
  • Generate and qualify new leads to acquire investors across the DACH region
  • Conduct detailed portfolio reviews, providing strategic financial insights and solutions
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Legal & Compliance teams
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency
  • Minimum of 5 years in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within financial services, private equity, or private banking
  • MBA or CFA preferred but not required
  • Native-level German and fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in portfolio planning and cash flow management
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
  • Highly organized, structured, and results-oriented
